Perfectly Targeted provides a variety of services with a focus on loyalty, CRM, and CEM. This includes the areas of program administration, call center support, web support, POS integration, campaign management, and many of the other functions and technologies required to drive the benefits of your marketing strategies to the bottom line. We can also help you articulate new strategies, including facilitating discussions of what your “nirvana state” might be and what technologies you’ll need to put in place to get there. In virtually all engagements, we work as the “interpreter” between the marketing organization and the internal technology organization(s) helping each to understand the needs and wants of the other.

Strategy and technology overlap
More so than many disciplines, strategy and technology must overlap to provide good support of loyalty and other marketing functions.

Each engagement is unique, with a statement of work (SOW) tailored to the situation. Typical engagements range from as short as 2 weeks to upwards of several months depending on the need. Generally, engagements have a specific set of deliverables, although retainer-based or ad-hoc support models can also be put in place.

While engagements are unique, particularly in the questions that need to be answered, they are generally composed of similar kinds of activities and are often approached in a similar sequence. The typical sequence initiates with a discussion of program strategies, followed by technology articulation, often then a make/buy decision with RFI/RFP activities, decisioning, and development and/or deployment. These and other commonly provided services are briefly described below and more details are provided on the associated pages:

  • Strategy Articulation — Provides review, consideration, and validation of your loyalty program strategy from a technical perspective.
  • Technology Articulation — Provides a needs-based assessment and definition of the technologies and architectures required to implement your articulated strategies.
  • Technology Assessment — Provides an assessment of your existing deployed technologies with recommendations in terms of cost reduction and/or enhancement to better align service delivery with the articulated strategies.
  • RFI/RFP Preparation — ”Reverse engineers” the technology articulation into capabilities suitable for inclusion within and RFI and/or RFP.
  • RFI/RFP Issuance & Scoring — Provides RFI/RFP issuance support, response scoring, and potentially vendor selection within the context of a make/buy decision.
  • Education — Provides information concerning best practices in terms of strategy, architectures, deployment, and operations. Audience and scope varies by engagement.
  • Other — Other related services.
